The Gynecologic Oncology Special Interest Group serves AORTIC members with the aim to advance the care of women with gynecologic malignancies in Africa.
OBJECTIVES
- Grow the focused interest in gynecologic oncology within the AORTIC membership.
- Disseminate best practice guidelines for gynecologic malignancies directly to AORTIC members.
- Promote research in gynecologic oncology in partnership with AORTIC and its partnering organizations.
- Provide a platform for collaboration and continuous professional development for oncologists with focus interest in gynecologic oncology in Africa.
- Support the training of the next generation of Gynecologic Oncologists by providing mentorship and educational opportunities within AORTIC.
